August 18, 1962 - December 6, 2015

Sepe Justina Alokoa, age 53, of Storm Lake, Iowa, and formerly of Kosrae, Micronesia, died on Sunday, December 6, 2015, at the Buena Vista Regional Medical Center in Storm Lake.

Sepe Justina Alokoa, a daughter of Justin and Lola Alokoa, was born on August 18, 1962, in Kosrae, Micronesia. Growing up, she attended school in Malem, Kosrae, Micronesia.

A Jehovah witness, Sepe had a strong faith in Jehovah God and loved studying the Bible. In her spare time, she, also, enjoyed reading Danielle Steel’s books and fishing. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Robert Wayne Spegal, of Pohnpei, Micronesia; her children: Danny (Risa) Jim, of Kona, Hawaii; and Vanessa (Michael), Samantha (Joshua), and Jefferson Spegal, all of Storm Lake, Iowa; three grandchildren: Jamie and Emmalaine Hadley, of Storm Lake, Iowa; and Velana Jim, of Kona, Hawaii; her brother, Hosia Alokoa, of Kosrae, Micronesia; her sister, Nora Alokoa, of Kosrae, Micronesia; her nieces, Elise (Mainer) and Lilliana (Paul) Benjamin; of Storm Lake, Iowa; and her nephew, Lanze Edward, of Storm Lake, Iowa; as well as extended family members and many friends.

Sepe was preceded in death by her father, Justin Alokoa; her mother, Lola Alokoa; her brother, Gordon Alokoa; and her step daughter, Melissa Spegal.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 10, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. at the Fratzke & Jensen Funeral Home in Storm Lake. The Fratzke & Jensen Funeral Home in Storm Lake is in charge of the arrangements.
