MRS. H. A. HARVEY EXPIRES AT NEWELL

Mrs. Myra J. Harvey, wife of Clerk of the Courts, H. A. Harvey, died at her home in Newell on Sunday afternoon [July 26, 1931] at 2:30 after a lingering illness as she has been in ill health for the past few years altho she has been able to be up and around. At the time of her death she was 62 years of age.

She was united in marriage to Herbert A. Harvey at Newell on May 18, 1892. To this union, three children were born, who are Gladys, Mrs. Arthur Hoch, of Newell; a son, who died in infancy, and Miss Dorothy Harvey, of Newell.

Mrs. Harvey was prominent in church and social circles at Newell for many years.

Funeral services were held at Newell on Wednesday afternoon of this week [July 29, 1931] at 2:30 at the Congregational Church with the Rev. T. M. Higginbotham officiating and burial was made in the Newell cemetery. The office of the Clerk of Courts was closed on Wednesday out of respect for Mrs. Harvey. A large number from Storm Lake were in attendance at the funeral.
