October 5, 1959 - November 16, 2012Jacklyn R. Summers, 53, passed away unexpectedly at home on Friday, November 16, 2012.
Jacklyn was born on October 5, 1959, in Storm Lake to Willard and Geraldine (Jennett) Lawrence. She worked for CMF&Z for fifteen years and Drake University for seven. Recently, she gave her heart and charity to Mission Navajo through the Prairie Ridge Church in Ankeny.
Jacklyn is survived by her husband, Dan; her sons, R.D (Jamie) Summers, Chris (Megan) Summers, and Nate (Honey) Summers; her daughter, Melissa (Jared) Clark; her brothers, Doug (Ann) Lawrence and John Dahlen; her sisters, Eileen Hawkinson, Sara (Craig) Edwards, and Mary Dahlen; and her eight grandchildren: Cash, Paisley, Brayden, Landon, Preston, Paxton, Peyton, and Tahlia; as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jr. and Geraldine Lawrence; her step father, John Dahlen; and her grandson, Gavin Summers.
