Mrs. Carrie C. Olsen, 87, of Sac City, died Wednesday evening, June 17, 1970, at a Sac City hospital.

She was born July 11, 1882, the daughter of Jens and Anna Nielsen.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Farber and Otteman Funeral Home, Sac City, with burial in the Newell Cemetery.

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. William Dierenfeld Sr., Sac City; six granddaughters, 19 great-grandchildren, and four sisters: Mrs. Mary Danielson and Minnie Nielsen, Los Angeles, Calif.; Mrs. Lily Morris of Fresno, Calif., and Mrs. Hannah Rogers of Newell.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Olsen; one sister and two brothers (Abstract, 6-18-1970 Carroll Times Herald)
