Louis F. Liebsch, 73, died July 26, 1957, at his home in Storm Lake. Funeral services were held July 29, 1957, from Grace Lutheran church with burial in the Buena Vista Memorial Park cemetery.

Louis Frederick Liebsch was born October 21, 1883, in Buena Vista County. He grew up in the Newell community. On February 22, 1911, he was united in marriage with Anna Sievers. They farmed in the Truesdale community until 1945 when they retired and moved to Storm Lake.

He is survived by his wife of the home; two sons, Loyal, of Truesdale, and Willis, of Aurelia; a daughter, Dorothy (Mrs. Albert) Lenz, of Alta; a brother, Herbert Liebsch, of Mineral Well, Texas; and seven grandchildren (Alta Advertiser, 8-1-1957).
