Keo Banhleuxai - Oct. 15, 1965 - May 27, 2008
Keo Banhleuxai, age 42, of Storm Lake, passed away May 27, 2008, at Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City, Iowa.
Keo Banhleuxai was born October 15, 1965, in Savanhketh, Laos, the daughter of Phao Phommakhot and Kap Phimmajaneh. She was married to Sifong Vongnakhone in January of 1990 in Thailand.
Keo had a passion for fishing and collecting purses and jewelry. She also loved to cook and watch movies. Her family held a very special place in her heart. She will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved her.
Left to cherish her memory is husband, Sifong; six children: Nittaya (Linthong) Xayyavong of Storm Lake; Deuan Banhleuxai of Storm Lake; Douan Banhleuxai of Storm Lake; Enoi Banhleuxai of Storm Lake; Emmy Banhleuxai of Storm Lake and Emily Banhleuxai of Storm Lake; sisters: Daeng Sounavanh of Wayzalia, California; Dao Phimsen of Storm Lake; Khao Phommakhot of Seattle, Washington; Tao (Andy) Phommakhot of Logansport, Indiana, and Lao Phommakhot of Porterville City, California; four grandchildren; extended family and many friends.
She is preceded in death by her mother and brother, Toui.
Traditional Buddhist Rites for Keo Banhleuxai will be held Sunday, June 1, 2008, at 1:30p.m. at the Fratzke and Jensen Funeral Home in Storm Lake. The Fratzke and Jensen Funeral Home of Storm Lake is in charge of the arrangements.
