Clyde A. Conner - Oct. 8, 1897 - Feb. 15, 1898

Clyde Aaron, the infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur M. Conner, died of croup Tuesday, February 15th, 1898. The little one was taken early Tuesday morning, and although every effort was made to help the little one, he steadily grew worse until 5 o'clock in the evening when death relieved the suffering.

The funeral services were held from the M. E. Church yesterday afternoon, Rev. J. I. Whitney preaching the sermon. The body was interred in the Alta cemetery. We extend our heart felt sympathy to the bereaved parents.

Another Little lamb has gone
To swell with Him who gave,
Another little darling babe
Is sheltered in the grave.
God needed one more little child
Amidst his shining band,
And so he bent with loving smile
And Clasped Clyde's little hand.

***************

Clyde Aaron, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. A. M. Conner, was born Oct. 8, 1897, and died Feb. 15, 1898. The child was taken with croup at about 12 o'clock Monday night and was only sick about eighteen hours.

The funeral took place Thursday afternoon, conducted by Rev. J. L. Whitney, a short service being held at the house, after which services were held at the M. E. church, and a large number of people were present. The floral offerings which were presented by the Ladies of La Coterie and other friends of the family were very beautiful. The remains were entered at the Alta cemetery.

The sorrowing parents have the sympathy of the entire community in their affliction.

Card of Thanks,
We wish to extend our heartfelt thanks to our friends for their assistance and sympathy during the sickness and death of our beloved child, and to those who helped us in the way of floral offerings and music.

Mr. and Mrs. A. M. Conner
