Constance G. Littleton - July 8, 1924 - July 18, 2007

Constance Geraldine Littleton, age 83, of Lake View, Iowa, and formerly of Sioux Rapids, Iowa, died on Wednesday, July 18, 2007, at the Blackhawk Life Care Center in Lake View, Iowa.

Constance Geraldine Morgan was born on July 8, 1924, to Ernest and Anna Lorraine Morgan in Kenwood, Oklahoma. She received her education in Charleston, South Carolina, where she graduated in 1941.

On October 31, 1942, Connie was united in marriage to Henry Carl Littleton in Charleston, South Carolina. This union was blessed with five children: Michael, William, Charlotte, Lee and Corey.

Connie worked as a hotel manager until her retirement in 1989. She was also a member of the Civil Air Patrol as well as an avid reader. Her greatest love was for her family for which she cherished the time she was able to spend with them.

Surviving are her children: Michael Littleton of Boca Raton, Florida, William G. Littleton of Charleston, South Carolina, Charlotte White and her husband Lee of Sioux Rapids, Iowa, Corey Littleton and his wife Rolanda of Dickenson, Texas; eleven grandchildren: Tina, Bill, Johnny, Rob, Monica, Chris, Mike, Lori, Morgan, Susan and Kelly; twenty-one great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; one brother-in-law, Alvin Butler; other extended relatives and friends.

Connie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Henry, her son, Henry Lee, and one sister, Jean Butler.

Local arrangements are under the Sliefert Funeral Home in Sioux Rapids, Iowa. Graveside services and burial will be 11:00 a.m. on August 2, 2007, at Memorial Gardens Chapel & Cemetery in Charleston, South Carolina.
