—Mrs. W. J. Miller of Independence died on Tuesday last week as the result of burns. While watching a bonfire her clothing was ignited and before the flames could be extinguished she was so severely burned that she lived but four days.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows this was Mary Miller who is buried in Wilson Cemetery. She was born Jan. 30, 1848 and died Sept. 23, 1902.
