Ronald C. Westphal, 64, of Kewanee, IL and formerly of Independence, Iowa died on May 19, 2014 at the Royal Oaks Nursing Home in Kewanee, IL.

Ronald was born May 19, 1950, in Independence, IA the son of Clair R. & Gladys M. (Katuz) Westphal.

He was preceded in death by his parents Clair & Gladys Westphal, and a brother Alan Westphal.

He is survived by his brothers and sisters, Bette (Richard) Brown, Independence, IA, Judi (Donald) Main, Independence, IA, Gene Westphal, Jesup, IA, Douglas (Valerie)Westphal, Fairbank, IA, a sister-in-law Glenda Westphal, Rowley, IA, and many nieces & nephews.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
