JESUP - Elniece M. Pullin, 58, of Jesup, died Thursday, Oct. 21, at Allen Hospital of cancer.

She was born Nov. 4, 1951, in Lawton, Okla., daughter of Paul and Mildred Twaites Standridge. She married John Pullin April 7, 1973, at Hudson United Methodist Church.

She graduated from Waterloo East High School in 1970. She was a nurse's aide at Parkview Nursing and Rehab and Country View Care Center in Waterloo, retiring in 1998.

Survived by: her mother; her husband; a son, Russell (Leah) Pullin of Evansdale; a granddaughter, Angelle Pullin and a grandson expected in February; three sisters, Diane (Marvin) Schellhorn of Waterloo, Mary Lou Nirk of Evansdale and Wanda Standridge of Jesup; a brother, Paul Standridge of Evansdale; a half sister, Teressa (Tim) Weeter of Waterloo; a half brother, Terry (Debbie) Hansen of Waterloo; three sisters-in-law, Nancy (Steve) Risse of Dysart, Jo Anne (Dale) Wooden of Hudson and Judy Smelser of Billings, Mont.; a brother-in-law, Jack (Gloria) Pullin of Jesup; and several nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by: her father; and two brothers, Gerald and Earl.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Jesup Bible Fellowship, with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery, Waterloo.

Public visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Locke Funeral Home.

Memorials: may be directed to the family for a fund to be established at a later date.
