LAMONT — Scott Arthur Sage, 42, of Cedar Rapids and formerly of Lamont, died Wednesday, March 5, 2008 at his home of a heart attack.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 8, at the United Methodist Church in Strawberry Point. Visitation will be 1 to 7 p.m. on Friday at the Roberson Funeral Home in Strawberry Point and also after 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the church. Burial will be in the Strawberry Point cemetery.
Scott was born Jan. 28, 1966 in Oelwein, Iowa to Doug and Kay Carpenter Sage. He was employed at Quaker Oats in Cedar Rapids as a supervisor.
Survivors include close friend, Pam Davis of Cedar Rapids; his parents, Doug and Kay Sage of Lamont; one brother, Dave (Patrice) of Manchester; three nieces and one nephew; his grandmother, Florence Carpenter of Strawberry Point, and grandfather, Bert Sage of Strawberry Point.
