INDEPENDENCE - James "Hank" Frimml, 39, of Independence, formerly of Blairstown, died Sunday, Feb. 17, 2008, at the Buchanan County Health Center following a sudden illness. Services: 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Hrabak Funeral Home in Belle Plaine, by the Rev. Brian Shepley. Burial: Oak Hill Cemetery, Belle Plaine. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Survivors include his father, John of Belle Plaine; three brothers, Steven of Ladora, Joseph of Des Moines and J.J. of Cedar Rapids; four sisters, Stacy (Kenneth) DeFauw of Belle Plaine and Jean (Steve) Sullivan, Marcia Cook and Mary Frimml, all of Cedar Rapids; a grandmother, Eunice Newton of Blairstown; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
