INDEPENDENCE --- Jane L. Williams, 46, of Waterloo, formerly of Independence, died at home Friday, Feb. 15, following a sudden illness.
She was born Dec. 20, 1961, in Aberdeen, S.D., daughter of Donald L. and Geraldine M. Holz Williams.
Mrs. Williams graduated from River Hills Schools, Waterloo, and was employed with the Comprehensive Systems of Waterloo.
Survivors include: her mother of Independence; two sisters, Janet Pananos of Kenner, La., and Jeannie Williams of Madison, Wis.; and a brother, John Williams of Parnell.
Preceded in death by: her father.
Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. John’s Catholic Church, Independence, with burial in the church cemetery. Public visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Reiff Funeral Home & Crematory, Independence, where there will be a 4 p.m. and a 7 p.m. parish vigil service.
