JESUP - Hubert Otto Ernst, 87, of Jesup, died Thursday, Jan. 31, 2008, at West Village Care Center, Independence, following a lengthy illness. Funeral services: 11 a.m. Saturday at American Lutheran Church, Jesup, by the Rev. Kristy Parker. Burial will be at a later date. Friends may call from 6 to 8 tonight at White Funeral Home in Jesup and one hour before services Saturday at the church.
Survivors include his wife, Marjie; two daughters, Pamela Clark of Minneapolis and Marlys Federspiel of Jesup; two brothers, Wallace Ernst of New Hampton and Donald Ernst of Waterloo; and two sisters, Shirley Matt of Cresco and Jeanette Anderson of Waterloo.
