ST PAUL, Minn. — Dr. Richard J. Bealka, 77, of St. Paul, Minn., formerly of Independence, died January 19, 2008.
Richard was a director of the Cromwell Children’s Unit at the Independence Mental Health Institute in Independence.
He is survived by a brother, Harold (Helen) Bealka Jr., along with many other nieces, nephews and relatives.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church, St. Paul, Minn. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church on Wednesday. Interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Christian Brothers Retirement Fund or San Miguel Middle School of Mpls., 3800 Pleasant Ave., Mpls, Minn.
