INDEPENDENCE, Mo. - Leslie Andrew Seedorff, 88, of Independence, Mo., passed away Wednesday, Aug. 1,2007.
Memorial services will be 1 p.m.,Saturday, Aug. 11, at Clay County Christian Church, 1200 B. Highway, Liberty,Mo. Graveside service will follow at Mt. Washington Forever Cemetery, Independence, Mo. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Crossroads Hospice.
Leslie was born in Lamont, Iowa on Dec. 16, 1918 to Andrew and Bessie (Squires) Seedorff. He had lived in Independence for many years. He retired from Lipton Tea. Leslie loved to garden and feed the birds.
Leslie is survived by his wife of 64 years, Genevieve Seedorff; daughters Alice Dennis, Linda Amos, Vonna Seedorff and Brenda Ray; one son Randall Seedorff; a brother Robert Seedorff; 18 grandchildren and other extended family.
