In looking for a section , township and Range location that an an ancestor purchased in 1856 I found a modern map site that may be of interest to some of you. It is a color aerial map that describes section by section modern farm acreage values. Besides the feeling that I am flying over Bremer county in a small plane from here in California it may explain the changes in farm locations of my ancestors. Its worth a look!
