The offline atlas has a detailed plat ca 1894 which I have copied and will send via your email as a attachment. To locate modern road references can be difficult as they may have changed. It fact several years ago all roads in Bremer and Iowa in general were changed to a number and letter system. The procedure I have used in my few visits back to Bremer is to take an old plat map and try to overlay it on a modern road map. SOmetimes its easy other times not. It is unlikely anyone alive has personal knowledge of the whereabouts of this property without some research.
