Need more info please.

There are at least two approaches to solving your problem.

To use normal genealogy resources we need as many vital facts as possible if known such as place and date of births, deaths, marriages, spouses, etc.

ANother alternative to answer your question may be found at the Waverly Public Library. They have a study done some years ago of an architectural and historical account of Waverly that may tell who owned the theater during the 20's. From this info census lookups and even newspaper lookups could be done.
