WAVERLY — Terry Lee Schulz, 50, of Conroy, formerly of Waverly, died Friday, Dec. 10, at Waverly Heath Center.

He was born Jan. 11, 1960, in Waverly, son of Melvin Jacob and Karen Ann Buhr Schulz. On March 12, 1983, he married Susan Turner and they later divorced. He married Dianne Kay Hardy on Feb. 8, 1997, in Cedar Rapids.

Mr. Schulz was a graduate of Waverly-Shell Rock High School, University of Northern Iowa and the Business Institute of Technology, Cedar Falls. He worked for J.B. Hunt, Williamsburg Manufacturing, and was an independent agent at Schulz Insurance Agency in Conroy.

Survived by: his wife; a daughter, Megan Schulz of Conroy; two sons, Jesse and Daman, both of Cedar Rapids; a grandson; two stepsons, Christopher and Jeffrey Perry; a stepdaughter, Teresa Perry; four stepgrandchildren; his mother and stepfather, Karen and Donald Neil; a brother, Tod (Anna); a sister, Kimberly Schulz (Britt Marcussen); and a sister-in-law, Deanna Schulz.

Preceded in death by: his father; a brother, Tracy.

Celebration of Life memorial service: 1:30 p.m. Friday at Powell Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Williamsburg.

Memorial fund: has been established.
