READLYN — Eloise Rose Siegfried, 87, formerly of Readlyn, died Monday, Oct. 4, at Hillcrest Home, Sumner.

She was born Sept. 5, 1923, in Readlyn, daughter of Otto J. and Carolena Boevers Warneke. She married Ray Siegfried on Oct. 12, 1944, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Sumner.

Mrs. Siegfried graduated from Sumner High School in 1940 and had been employed at First National Bank, Sumner. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Sumner.

Survived by: her husband.

Preceded in death by: a brother, Wallace Warneke; and a sister and brother-in-law, Yvonne and Jim McAloon.

Services: 2 p.m. Wednesday at Becker-Milnes Funeral Chapel, with burial in St. John Lutheran Cemetery, both in Sumner. Public visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. today and for an hour before services Wednesday at the funeral home.
