TRIPOLI - Janice Elaine Mueller, 67, of Tripoli, died Saturday, June 8, at Cedar Valley Hospice Home, Waterloo.

She was born Nov. 2, 1945, on the family century farm outside of Waverly, daughter of Paul and Norma Tegtmeier Kappmeyer.

She married Charles Mueller on Sept. 29, 1963, at St. John Evangelical and Reformed Church-Siegel.

Mrs. Mueller graduated from Tripoli High School in 1963. She worked with her husband on the family farm and was employed by the Bremer County Extension Office. She was a longtime member of St. John Lutheran Church-Crane Creek

Survived by: her husband; two daughters, Dawn (Jeff) Klein of Tripoli and Amy (Kelby) Bergmann of Tripoli; a son, Bruce (Allyson) of Tripoli; eight grandchildren; and two sisters, Phyllis (Bill) Zwanzinger of Janesville and Audrey (LaVern) Busse of Cedar Rapids.

Preceded in death by: her parents.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Grace Lutheran Church, Tripoli, with burial in the St. John Lutheran Cemetery-Crane Creek. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home, Waverly, and for an hour before services Wednesday at the church.

Memorials: may be directed to Cedar Valley Hospice, Bremer County 4-H or to the family.
