SUMNER — Larry James Selck, 58, of Sumner, died Monday, July 8, at Community Memorial Hospital.

He was born May 22, 1955, in Sumner, son of Edward and Luella Brase Selck. He married Diana Gaede on June 18, 1978, at Grace Lutheran Church, Tripoli.

Mr. Selck graduated from Tripoli High School in 1974 and had been employed by Terex, Waverly. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Sumner.

Survived by: his wife; a son, Adam (Christy Butler) of Sumner; a daughter, Misty (Jim) Heyer of Sumner; his mother of Sumner; and two brothers, Lee (Kathy) of Fredericksburg and Lloyd (Jo) of Sumner.

Preceded in death by: his father.

Services: 10 a.m. Thursday at St. John Lutheran Church, Sumner, with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Becker-Milnes Funeral Home, Sumner, and for an hour before services Thursday at the church.
