Les Baruth
Services for Les Baruth, 63, of 1223 Jefferson St., will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Parrott & Wood Funeral Home with burial at the Waterloo Cemetery.
He died of cancer early Thursday at Veterans Hospital in Iowa City.
He was born May 3, 1917, at Plainfield, the son of William and Laura Bergmann Baruth. He married Mabel Kammeyer in 1936 in Waterloo.
Survivors include four sons, Donald of Cedar Falls, Leland of Parkersburg, James and Larry both of Waterloo; a daughter, Mrs. Ellen Johnson of Walla Walla, Wash.; 14 grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Funeral Home after 2 p.m. Sunday.
