Henry Bergmann Receives Word of Sister's Death

Henry Bergmann of this community received the sad news Monday of the death of his sister, Mrs. H. H. Bergmann at the home of her daughter, Mrs. William Baruth in Waterloo.

She was born in Bremer county 65 years ago, and before going to Waterloo was a resident of Waverly.

Services will be Thursday at 1:30 at the home of Erwin Bergmann, a son, in Douglas township, with Rev. H. H. Raun, pastor of the Douglas township Lutheran church officiating. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.

Survivors in addition to the daughter are two sons, Erwin Bergmann of Douglas township and Theodore Bergmann of Denver, three brothers and three sisters; Henry Bergmann of Sumner, Herman Bergmann of Waterloo, Fred Bergmann, Mrs. Chris Drape, Mrs. H. C. Bockhaus of Douglas township, and Mrs. August Bockhaus of Chickasaw County.
