WAVERLY—Henry Bergmann, 76, lifelong Bremer county resident in Douglas township, Thursday night at his farm home of a heart attack; leaves two sons, Walter, at home, and Louie, Clarksville; one daughter, Mrs. Herman Hirsch, Clarksville; wife preceded him Sept. 1, 1957; funeral 2 p.m. Monday at St. John Lutheran church in West Douglas, preceded by a family prayer service at the Rettig Funeral home in Tripoli; burial in St. John Cemetery; body at the funeral home until the hour of service.
