In the 1880 Census I did find an Isabel Logan. At the time she was 10 years old (born in 1870).

Her father's name is listed as W.H. Logan (born in Indiana) and her mother's name was listed as Mary Logan (born in Illinois)

In 1880 it shows them living in Newport, Benton, Oregon.

Not sure if this is who you are looking for, but I figured the daughter's birth date fit well with the marriage date you gave.
