I am a descendant of Arthur Eugene Hunter, son of Stanley and Freda Hunter. Freda used to work at the Eastern Star Masonic home in Boone, and Gpa had a gas station near the courthouse for awhile in the late 60's. Art worked for United Community and Died in 1980 from a tragic accident at the school. I am desperatley looking for journals, diaries, or anyone who knew them or has info on them. I am a genealogist and can trace the pedigrees, but am looking for stories and such. Thank you.
