Therese A. Koch, 101 of the Ogden Manor Nursing Home of Ogden since 1998, formerly of Boone, passed away on Tuesday, May 30, 2006 at the Ogden Manor Nursing Home.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M., Friday, June 2, 2006 at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church, N.E. Boone County, Iowa. Rev. Bruce Lakamp will officiate.

Burial will be in the St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery, next to the church.

Therese was born on June 20, 1904 in Harrison Township, Boone County, Iowa, the daughter of Henry A. and Mary M. (Hasstedt) Mindeman. She attended St. Paul's Parochial School. Therese was married to Theodore Koch. Therese was a homemaker. She has lived all her life in Boone County, Iowa.

She was a member of the St. Paul's Lutheran Church. She raised purebred Terriers and sold them for many years.

Therese is preceded in death by her parents; her husband in 1967; her son, Robert; her daughter, Donna; her brother; her 3 sisters.

She is survived by her grandson, Roger Koch of Boone; her daughter-in-law, Betty Koch of Boone: nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 1, 2006 at the Schroeder ~ Walter Funeral Home at Fifth and Story Streets of Boone from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., family will be present to greet friends at the funeral home Thursday evening from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., visitation will continue on Friday morning at the church from 9:00 a.m. to the time of service.

Memorials contributions may be given to the St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
