Fred Kalvik, 71, of Story City, died Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2004, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. Funeral Service will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 18, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Story City. Burial will be in Story City Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife Beverly of Story City; three sons, Rich (Luella) Kalvik of Story City, Bob (Kim) Kalvik of Story City, and Jon (Lori) Kalvik of Des Moines; one daughter, Janice (Mark) Burns of Cleveland, Tenn.; and seven grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 17, with the family present after 6:30 p.m., at Soderstrum-Larson Funeral Home in Story City.
