Shari Denise Phelps, 21, Ogden, died Sunday at her home. She was born Dec. 26, 1979, in Boone, the daughter of Frank and Lavon (Muench) Phelps.

She was a 1999 graduate of Ogden High School and most recently graduated from the Job Corps in Denison.

She was preceded in death by her mother in 2000; her paternal grandparents, I.C. and Agnes Pauline Phelps; and her maternal grandparents, Cleo and Mabel Muench. Survivors include her father of Ogden; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Verla Phelps of Denver, Colo., and JoDee and Richard Lonsdale of Boone; one brother and sister-in-law, Les and Jana Phelps of Ogden; five nieces; four nephews; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at Community United Methodist Church in Ogden with the Rev. Bob Cook officiating. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery in Ogden.

Friends may call at Carson Funeral Home, Ogden, Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m.

Carson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
