Madison Lorraine Weigel, infant daughter of Michael Weigel and Teresa Sankey, 109 North Water St., Madrid, died Monday at Blank Children's Hospital in Des Moines of complications of premature birth. She was born May 18, 2001.

Survivors include her parents; two brothers, Nathan Weigel, her twin brother, and Colby Crosser of Clear Lake; her paternal grandparents, Paul and Marlene Weigel of Boone; Her maternal grandparents, Gene and Marie Sankey of Garner; her great-grandparents, Lawrence and Eileen Weigel of Boone; and her great-great-grandmother, Helen Weigel of Boone; and several aunts and uncles.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Schroeder Memorial Chapel, Sixth and Marshall streets, Boone. Burial will be in Saint Peter and Paul's Cemetery north of Gilbert.

Friends may call at Schroeder Memorial Chapel Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. until time of service.

Schroeder Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
