Randy Smith, 37, Ogden, Utah, and formerly of Boone, died Nov. 18 at McKee Dee Hospital in Ogden of complications from a head injury. He was born June 18, 1964, in Boone, the son of Robert and Shelly (Crossno) Smith.

The body has been cremated.

Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. today at Schroeder Memorial Chapel, Sixth and Marshall streets, Boone, with the Rev. Dean Fullerton officiating. Burial will be in Linwood Park Cemetery in Boone.

Friends may call at Schroeder Memorial Chapel Tuesday from 9 a.m. until time of services.

Schroeder Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
