Jesse P Boone, farmer, Sec 26, P O Boone, of this county, and was born in Putnam county, Indiana, July 22, 1846, when six years of age he came with his parents to this county, where he has since lived, growing up with the county, he has devoted his time to farming and now owns 100 acres of choice land under good improvements, Mr Boone is a man highly esteemed for his honesty and integrity, commanding the respect and confidence of his neighborhood, on January 11, 1876, Miss July A Ritcheson of Parke county, Indiana, became his wife, they have one son and one daughter: Halsey M and Maudie
