Black Hawk County divorce records?

Ellen V Hoxie, a schoolteacher in Waterloo and environs, died in 1906. Records state that she was divorced. In the 1900 US Census, she is living in Waterloo with her husband, George S Brown.

The 1905 Iowa census lists her as a widow.

Where can I a divorce record--probably in Waterloo and probably between 1900 and 1905? Thanks.
