Herbert E. Irish, Zina Irish

Looking for information or photographs on Herbert "Herb" Elmer Irish and his wife Zina Kirkwood. Herb Irish was born 1882 in Oregon and wife, Zina Kirkwood Irish was born 1895, Ill. Herb was a councilman in Waterloo from ca. 1948-1950 under Mayor Bailey Barnes. Herb and Zina were both employed as packers for Rath from 1932-1952. They died in Waterloo Dec. 1961/ Jan. '62. I did find their obits in the Waterloo newspaper, I am just wondering if anyone might have information about their lives or photographs. I am particularly interested to know if they had children while living there.
