I am a decendent of family related to the Wiese family. You mention in your inquiry a Claus Wiese. If this is the same one, Claus Heinrich Wiese, he married my great-grandfather's sister Clara Lena Hartmann and moved up around the Jackson, MN area. If this is connected to your search, I would love to compare notes.
