Woman Killed at Cedar Falls.

Cedar Falls, Jan. 10.—Mrs. John Ripke was instantly killed yesterday morning on her way to church. The horse she was driving became frightened by the rattling of a buggy behind it and ran away, Mrs. Ripke's head coming in contact with an electric light pole with such force as to cause instant death. Mrs. Ripke was 60 years of age and had a large family.
