Judith Ann (Carter) Eldridge, 70, of Waterloo, formerly of La Porte City, died Sunday, September 22, 2019 at Ravenwood Specialty Care. She was born August 10, 1949 in Fort Madison, Iowa the daughter of Perl M. and Hazel M. Stein Carter. She graduated from La Porte City High School.

Judith married John Eldridge, Jr.; he preceded her in death on January 5, 2016.

Survived by: her sister, Vera (Dennis) Forbis of Kansas City, MO.

Preceded in death by: her parents and her husband.
