Obituary for Erma L. Wilson

CEDAR FALLS,IOWA - Erma L. Wilson, 84, of Lockwood, Missouri, formerly of Cedar Falls and Jefferson, Iowa, died Saturday, December 22, 2018, at the Good Shepherd Community Care and Rehabilitation Center in Lockwood.

She was born May 16, 1934, in Waterloo, Iowa, the daughter of Ben F. and Pauline Weininger Maulthauf. She married John A. Wilson September 20, 1950, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He preceded her in death on May 30, 2011.

Erma owned and operated Wilson Wicker.

She is survived by two daughters, Cynthia (Clayton) Harvey of Lamar, MO, and Linda (Doug) Barr of Lolo, MT; one son, Michael (Cynthia) Wilson of Maple Grove, MN; nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and a sister, Pat (Chris) Tipple of Ada, MI.

Erma was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a son, David Wilson; and three sisters, Helen Miller, Shirley Lesnick, and Dorothy Gibson.
