EVANSDALE, IOWA — Faye L. Wilson, 92, formerly of Evansdale, died Friday, May 25, 2018.

She was born Jan. 18, 1926, in Rhodes, to John and Bertha Long Robinson. She married Gerald D. Wilson on Dec. 20, 1945, in Jackson, Minn. He preceded her in death.

She graduated from high school in Rhodes in 1944.

Survived by: three sons, Larry (Jan) Wilson of Mesa, Ariz., Jack (Donna) Wilson of Lake Delhi and Jerry (Bonnie) Wilson of Waterloo; two daughters, Kathy (Tom) Oleson of Evansdale and Sue (Mike) McIntee of Haines City, Fla.; 14 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.

Memorial services: will be at a later date to be determined.

Memorials: may be directed to Cedar Valley Hospice.

Faye enjoyed watching “The CUBS”, reading several books a week, tending to her outside flowers, and crafts. She cherished the time she spent with her family especially with her grandchildren.
