Biography--

Denise L. Bruno, 58, of Waterloo, Iowa, died at Covenant Medical Center, in Waterloo, on Monday, March 5, 2018, of natural causes.

Denise was born October 24, 1959, in Waterloo, the daughter of Howard Fredrick and Kay Frances McMillin Rodden. She married Frank Neith in 1980 and they later divorced. She married Michael Bruno in 2000.

She attended Waterloo East High School.

Denise worked as a Teacher’s Assistant with AEA for 20 years. She loved drawing and coloring angels, and spending time with family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Bruno of Waterloo; three sons: Aaron (Christy) Neith of Waverly, Jered Neith, and Clayton Neith, both of Waterloo; three daughters: Tiffanie Bruno and Sara (Justin) Bruno, both of Waterloo, and Rachael (Eric) Bruno of Gilbertville; nine grandchildren, Noah, John, Blake, Alyvia, Karter, Kash, Jayce, Brooklin, Camerin, (and one on the way); three sisters: Tracy, Suzie, and Julie; and two brothers, Rick and Troy.

Preceded in death by her parents; and a brother Terry.
