Lenore F. Snell, 75, of Cedar Falls, died Sunday, November 12, at UnityPoint Health-Allen Hospital, Waterloo, Iowa.

She was born May 12, 1942 in Independence, Iowa, the daughter of John and Alma Andrews Lawless. She married Jack Scott. They were later divorced. She later married Neil Snell in 1984 in Indpendence.

Lenore was employed with Shakey’s Pizza on University Avenue for many years.

Survivors include: her husband; five sons, Kevin (Jan) Scott, Mike Snell, Michael (Lori) Scott, Wayne Snell and Terry (Linda) Snell, all of Waterloo; two daughters, Kenda (Doug Uchytil) Thompson of Littleton and Vicki (Dan) Parsons of Waterloo; 17 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one on the way; a brother, David (Mary Lou) Lawless of Independence; and a sister, Pam (Tom) Schafer of Independence.

Preceded in death by: two sons, Randy Scott and Danny Snell; a daughter-in-law, Diana; three sisters, Deloris, Marilyn and Ginger; and two brothers, Billy and Jack.

A graveside inurnment will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Mt. Olivet Cemetery followed by a celebration of life at the Waterloo Eagles Club. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway, where there will be a 7 p.m. prayer service.
