Linda Schmitt

Linda Schmitt was born on December 11, 1955, in Waterloo, the daughter of Dick and Helen (Woodgate) Chapman.

On June 21, 1975, she was united in marriage to Steven Schmitt; he passed away in 2003. Linda worked as a clerk at Warren Transport. Linda loved cats and enjoyed doing crafts.

On Wednesday, September 6, 2017, she passed away at home, at the age of 61 years. Linda was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and an infant brother, John. She is survived by her sons, Albert (Haley) and Edward Schmitt of Evansdale; her daughters, Stephanie (Eric) Weber of Evansdale and Susan (Forrest) Davis of St. John, FL; three grandsons, Clayton, Carter, and Cahne Weber; a granddaughter, Carlee Schmitt; three brothers: Dick, Torrence, and Donald Chapman of Waterloo; and one sister, Marciel (Tony) Beck of Evansdale.
