Obituary for Lewis E. Beck

APLINGTON, IOWA – Lewis Edward Beck, 75, of Aplington, died Sunday, August 6, at UnityPoint-Allen Hospital, in Waterloo, Iowa.

He was born September 13, 1941 in Waterloo, Iowa, son of Nels C. and Gladys E. (Finch) Beck.

He graduated from Cedar Falls High School in 1957 and was a cook at various restaurants.

Survived by a brother, David Beck of Aplington; a sister, Pat Beck of Washington.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Mary Beck; a brother, Neil Beck; two nephews, Thomas and Monte Beck; and a niece, Linda Beck.
