Zharielle D’Angel Roby-Phipps was born prematurely on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at Unity Point Health-Allen Memorial Hospital. She was the daughter of Zenard Lilshawn Phipps and Latasia Lynn Roby.

Zharielle was preceded in death by her great-grandmothers, Rosemary and Ella Mae Bennett; and her grandfather, Zeb.

She is survived by her parents; her sister, Zharianna Roby-Phipps; her grandmothers: Latina Roby of Waterloo and Sylvia Phipps of Chicago; her aunts: Dahzhanel Roby of Waterloo and Constance Caldwell of Chicago; her uncles: Daytrell Washington-Roby of Waterloo, Dana Scott, Jr. of Waterloo, David Merritt of Chicago, Antoine Caldwell of Cedar Rapids and Conrad Caldwell of Cedar Rapids; and her great-grandmother, Robin Roby.

Zharielle’s life was very short, but she touched many, whose lives will be forever changed by those precious moments.
