Obituary for Timothy "Tiny" Kofron

Cedar Falls, Iowa – Timothy “Tiny” Kofron, age 63, of Cedar Falls, died Thursday, June 8, 2017 at Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo, Iowa.

Tiny was born February 17, 1954 in Cedar Falls, the son of Thomas and Gladys (Johnson) Kofron. He graduated from Cedar Falls High School in 1973. Tiny worked as the head groundskeeper for the Cedar Falls Community Schools.

He is survived by three brothers, Stephen (Diane) of Hudson, Brad (Tami) of Cedar Falls, and Doug of Cedar Falls; two sisters, Kathy Kofron of Cedar Falls, and Judy (Alan) Smith of Cedar Falls; and many nieces and nephews.

Tiny was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Douglas, and a sister Delores.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday, June 14, at Richardson Funeral Service. Visitation will be on Tuesday, June 13 at Richardson Funeral Service and also one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Cedar Falls.
