Obituary for Jeanne M. Tuve--

Jeanne M. Tuve, 89, of Cedar Falls, Iowa, died Monday, April 10, at Wind Haven of the Western Home Communities, Cedar Falls.

She was born January 17, 1928, in Black Hawk County, Iowa, the daughter of Nick and Frances Weber. She married Stanley Tuve on September 12, 1951, in Raymond. Jeanne was a homemaker and a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church rosary society and made ceramics for many years.

Survivors include her husband, Stanley of Cedar Falls; two sons, Robert of Waterloo and John (Bev) of Parkersburg; three daughters: Mary Lawson of Waterloo, Joyce Tuve of Bloomington, Minn., and Jean (Everette) Van Fleet of Geneseo, Illinois; seventeen grandchildren and twenty-seven great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and one favorite nephew.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Ann Fencl; her great-granddaughter Arianna Baumhoer, three brothers: Francis, Clarence, and Raymond Weber; and by two sisters, Mary Monat and Marcella Breuer.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 18, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery, Raymond. Public visitation from 4-8 p.m. Monday, April 17, at the church, where there will be a 4 p.m. rosary and 7 p.m. vigil service. Visitation also one hour prior to services Tuesday at the church. Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street is in charge of arrangements.
