Obituary for Jeffery J. Deutsch

Jeffery J. Deutsch, 62, of Evansdale, Iowa, died Monday, May 8, at Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo, Iowa.

He was born April 3, 1954, in Chaska, Minnesota, the son of Victor and Belva Deutsch. He married Debra Hall on April 29, 1978 at St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Evansdale.

Jeff was employed with John Deere before starting Superbrush Painting that he owned and operated for several years.

Survivors include his wife; father; two sons, Chad (Amy) Deutsch of Evansdale, Josh Deutsch of Cedar Falls; a daughter, Chrissy (Bill) Kugler of Cedar Falls; Victor (Mary) Deutsch of Waterloo; two brothers, Joe (Andrea) Deutsch of Fairbanks, Alaska, Rob (Rose) Deutsch of Waterloo; three sisters, Vicki Deutsch of Milwaukee, Wis., Peggy (Dave) Deutsch-Knutson of Cedar Falls, Johnette Deutsch of Evansdale; three granddaughters: Amber, Kynslie, Berklie; a grandson, Brennen, and one on the way.

He was preceded in death by his mother, and a brother, Tony Deutsch.

Memorial Service 5:00pm Friday May 12, at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street. A public visitation will be Friday from 3:00-5:00pm.
